Yes, we do accept walk ups, but cannot guarantee space.

Yes, please find the attendant, and you can reserve for future dates in person. By reserving in person, you will not be charged an online convenience fee.

The convenience fee is 6%, and is charged by our reservation system. If you book in person, you will not pay this fee.

We operate rain or shine, but do not operate under dangerous conditions. In the event it rains during your reserved time, we’ll make sure to get you set up for a new time. Since Florida rain often comes and goes, we’ll only re-book if it’s raining during your time slot.

Reservations may not be cancelled, but can be changed as many times as you like up to 24 hours prior to departure.

If we have to cancel due to weather, you will receive a code that does not expire, and can be used for a reservation online.

We accept credit cards online or in person.

Yes, but have limited change on hand. Please come with exact change for your group.

We love groups! Just email groups@tbwbc.com, or come down in person so we can discuss the best way to accommodate your needs.

Yes! You can buy 5 reservations at $5 off per reservation, and 10 reservations at $7 off per reservation. Bulk purchases come with a code that does not expire, and you can manually pick the time slots on the calendar as desired.

Safety is our first priority, and as such we can not allow persons weighing more than 250 lbs on our bikes. The bike can carry an additional passenger on its platform with a total weight of 400 lbs. We further can not allow children under the age of 6 to sit on the pontoons, or under the age of 8 to ride (height permitting). Children under the age of 15 must wear life vests, as does anyone who is unable to swim. Adults who appear intoxicated or impaired will not be allowed to ride and will forfeit the paid price on the vessel.

As previously stated, safety is our first priority. Waivers are required to ensure safe operation of the water bikes.

Yes. We provide all necessary safety equipment, basic river information, and comprehensive safety information.

NO! If you are bringing someone else’s kids with you then please ask us for a waiver and have their parent or legal guardian sign it, and bring it with you.

We are conveniently located at the Tampa Convention Center Docks in front of the Sail Pavilion. Parking is available at the Convention Center or at the Westin Underground parking on Harbour Island.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the time you booked your reservation. That gives you the time to check in, complete your waiver and attend the training session.

Yes! Our water bikes offer great photo opportunities, but use them at your own risk. We suggest using your camera’s wrist strap just in case!

On the water bikes you will not get wet, unless you want to! You can wear anything you’d like (but please wear bottoms, bottoms are great!)

If you like, you can bring sunglasses, sunscreen, bug repellent, drinks, and snacks.

We are dog friendly and you are welcome to bring your dog on our water bikes. We have a limited supply of dog life vests, so we suggest you have your own. For safety reasons, all dogs must wear vests.

Very stable, they will not tip with riders jumping up and down on side decks or in high waves. You can jump off and climb back aboard without tipping. You can even bring your dog along for a ride! They are designed to safely carry 400 pounds of rider, cargo, and passengers.

Yes, each bike has a built-in storage compartment that can stow extra clothes, cargo, and features two cup holders!

Yes, water bikes provide a gentle, low impact aerobic total body workout; but it all depends on how fast you pedal!
