Take Highway 618 West (Toll Road Requires Sunpass or "We Bill You Program through Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority) to Exit 7 Downtown West
West on Brorein Street past Tampa Street.
Turn left into the parking garage (just past Tampa Street).
